Circle D uses CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modeling to design a 5th axis CNC machined billet stator that improves fluid flow and torque multiplication over the factory piece. The impeller is fin recalibrated to work with the upgraded stator, and custom CDS internal clearances are set to optimize how the converter performs under load. Hand TIG welding is used throughout construction, which holds up far better over time than the factory stamped and glued assembly.Built to launch harder and last longer.
