Before applying Interlux Pre-Kote Brightside you should prepare your surfaces. Interlux primer is safe to use on fiberglass, wood, and previously painted surfaces.The application should be done with a brush, airless sprayer, or roller. Interlux primer is a high solid and heavy application that can cause solvent entrapment. It is recommended to apply 1-2 coats, depending on desired thickness. Make sure to correct surface imperfections before application. Sanding between each application is recommended for optimal application. Interlux Pre-Kote Brightside is available in quarts and gallons. Allow the necessary overcoating time between applications. Sand between primer coats with 120 grit paper until translucent. Remove sanding residue with a rag dampened with Brushing Liquid 333.
