S&B Explorer 3.0L Hot Side Intercooler Pipe (2020-2024)

Toss your 2020-2024 3.0L EcoBoost Explorer’s restrictive factory intercooler piping and pick up this kit from S&B! This upgraded Hot Side Intercooler Pipe offers improved airflow, throttle response, and reduced turbo lag to enhance your driving experience. Unlike the brittle plastic factory piping, S&B chose mandrel bent, TIG welded aluminum for maximum durability and smoother air delivery. This pipe also features aramid reinforced silicone boots, and stainless-steel T-bolt clamps for a super easy, straightforward install. Designed for Performance: Not only does this intercooler pipe feature premium materials for durability and a high-end look, but it’s designed from the ground up to offer improved performance. The factory intercooler pipe necks down right before the driver side turbo to just a 1.6″ OD, where the S&B retains a full 2.8″ OD allowing more air to pass through the system. Also, thanks to the polished aluminum construction, this pipe will resist heat soak for better back-to-back pulls.Product Benefits:Enhances airflow by eliminating restrictive pipingLarger, consistent pipe diameterMandrel bent aluminum constructionReduces turbo lagImproves throttle responseProvision for BOV w/ block off cap includedPolished finishIncreased durabilityAramid reinforced silicone bootsStainless steel T-bolt clamps Easy, bolt-on installationNote: Fits 2020-2024 Explorer 3.0L ST and Platinum.
